Buyer Responsibilities:

  • Pay for items as agreed
  • Communicate clearly with sellers
  • Resolve disputes in good faith

Important: RetropolisZone facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to transactions. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.

6. Fees and Payments

RetropolisZone may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to:

  • Listing fees
  • Subscription fees for premium features
  • Transaction fees

All fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Prohibited Items

You may not list or sell:

  • Counterfeit or pirated games
  • Stolen property
  • Items that violate intellectual property rights
  • Illegal items or items that violate applicable laws

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RetropolisZone and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RETROPOLISZONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

12. Disputes Between Users

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. RetropolisZone reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
